Hi I'm Vincent!

I am a 27 year old WWU art graduate born and raised in Western Washington.

From a young age, I have always known I would be an artist.

Worlds of fantasy have never ceased to enthrall me, even as a child. My first ever sketchbooks filled to the brim with (oftentimes oddly violent?) dragon doodles. My love of art sparked into a lifelong passion, beginning with crayons and quickly evolving into the digital world.

Throughout schooling I became deeply invested in honing my skills, I attended a running start program through DigiPen. Here I discovered my great second love, coding! I coded this (and a few other) websites myself. During this program, I was nominated "Most Employable Student" and rode that energy high into my freshman year at WWU.

College was a transitional period in both my artistic practice, and my journey as a transgender man. I branched out from the world of digital art and into watercolor and canvas. Alongside this shift, I began HRT, and came to terms with my queer identity. This push allowed me to test the limits of my artistic ability and voice, something I explored deeply during my Bachelor's Degree in Illustration.

I am 27 years old now and have been "doing the retail thing" since graduating from University. I enjoy myself well enough, get along with coworkers and customers without issue. But as I approach my 30's, I find myself longing to expand my capabilities. I want to move past having a day job and drawing in my free time, and explore the possibility of tattooing professionally.
